1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jk333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Member", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the jk333 platform in any capacity. 3 Account Management

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jk333 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳500 to inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month period, deducted from the available balance until the balance reaches zero. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

5 Bonuses and Promotions

12 Termination of Accounts

jk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without notice, where jk333 reasonably believes that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to jk333 or to other members. In such cases, jk333 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by the Member

You may close your jk333 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus balances will be voided. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation or chargeback dispute.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, you will lose access to all platform features. Closed accounts may not be reopened unless expressly approved by jk333 management. Members who have self-excluded may not request reinstatement for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

13 Dispute Resolution

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between you and jk333 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The failure of jk333 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jk333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
